手术室整体护理联合麻醉护理的效果观察

目的分析整体护理联合麻醉护理应用于手术室的应用效果。方法随机选取手术患者进行对比分析,患者病例96例,时间2017年1月-2018年12月,对照组为进行整体护理的手术患者,共计48例,观察组为进行整体护理联合麻醉护理的手术患者,共计48例。比较两组护理满意度、不良事件发生率及情绪评分。结果观察组进行整体护理联合麻醉护理后计算护理满意度和不良事件发生率,即93.75%和8.33%,对照组进行整体护理后计算护理满意度和不良事件发生率,即79.17%和25.00%,统计对比组间数据,P<0.05;统计对比组间护理前情绪评分,组间P>0.05;统计对比组间护理后情绪评分,组间P<0.05。结论对于手术室患者而言,医务人员对其实施整体护理联合麻醉护理应用价值显著。

Observation on the Effect of Combined Operation and Anesthesia Nursing in Operating Room

Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing combined with anesthesia nursing in the operating room.Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly selected for surgery.The patients were in the case of 96 patients from January 2017 to February 2018.The control group was a total of 48 patients undergoing holistic nursing.The observation group was for holistic nursing combined with anesthesia care.Surgery patients,a total of 48 cases.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse events and emotional score were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group underwent holistic nursing combined with anesthesia care to calculate the satisfaction rate of nursing and the incidence of adverse events,namely 93.75%and 8.33%.The control group calculated the satisfaction rate of nursing and the incidence of adverse events after the overall care,ie 79.17%and 25.00%.Statistical comparison between groups,P<0.05;statistical comparison of pre-treatment emotional scores between groups,P>0.05 between groups;statistical comparison between groups of post-care emotional scores,P<0.05 between groups.Conclusion For patients in the operating room,the medical staff has a significant value in the application of holistic nursing combined with anesthesia care.
