责任制带教模式在骨科护理带教中的应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨与分析责任制带教模式在骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法截取医院2017年1月-2019年1月骨科实习护士64例作为实验对象,按照随机分组的原则,将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采取常规护理带教模式干预,观察组采取责任制护理带教模式干预。对两组实习护士的理论知识、沟通能力、操作技能、文书写作几个方面来进行综合素养评估,统计其对护理带教的满意度。结果从实验结果上看,观察组实习护士综合素养明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士对护理带教满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理带教中,采取责任制带教模式进行干预,能够优化实习护士的综合素养,提高其学习的积极性与主动性。

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of responsibility teaching mode in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,64 orthopedic interns in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing teaching mode,and the observation group was intervened by responsibility nursing teaching mode.To evaluate the theoretical knowledge,communication ability,operation skills and writing ability of the two groups of practical nurses,and to count their satisfaction with nursing teaching.Results From the experimental results,the comprehensive quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the orthopedic nursing teaching,taking the responsibility teaching mode to intervene can optimize the comprehensive quality of practice nurses,improve their enthusiasm and initiative in learning.
