Impact of Targeted Nursing on Gastrointestinal Response and Pain of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients with Interventional Therapy

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing on gastrointestinal response and pain of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with interventional therapy.Methods 100 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients who received interventional therapy were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.The gastrointestinal response,VAS score and adverse reactions after nursing were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the duration of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the out-of-bed time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the sleeping time was longer than that in the control group,and the VAS score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can effectively improve the gastrointestinal response of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with interventional therapy,reduce pain degree,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
