肛肠术后疼痛患者的护理干预效果

目的探究肛肠术后疼痛患者的临床护理干预效果。方法选择本院收治的120例患者,结合肛肠手术患者临床护理方案,进行120例患者随机数字表法分组(参照组、联合组)。参照组60例肛肠术患者接受常规护理,联合组60例肛肠术患者加行综合疼痛护理干预。比较参照组以及联合组肛肠手术患者术后12、24、36 h疼痛评分以及术后生活质量总分、护理满意度评分。结果联合组痔疮手术患者术后不同时间评分均明显低于参照组,术后生活质量总分以及护理满意度总分均明显高于参照组,P <0.05。结论肛肠术后患者疼痛情况明显,除常规护理外,配合心理护理、饮食护理等疼痛护理干预可以明显减轻患者术后疼痛感、缩短患者术后恢复时间、提高患者生活质量。

Nursing Intervention for Patients With Pain After Anorectal Operation

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on pain after anorectal surgery. Methods 120 cases of patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups(reference group and combination group) according to the clinical nursing plan of patients undergoing anorectal surgery. The control group received routine nursing care for 60 patients undergoing anorectal surgery, while the combined group received comprehensive pain nursing intervention for 60 patients undergoing anorectal surgery. The pain scores at 12, 24 and 36 hours after operation, the total scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the reference group and the combined group. Results The scores of the combined group at different time after hemorrhoids operation were significantly lower than those of the control group. The total scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The pain situation of patients after anorectal surgery is obvious. In addition to routine nursing, psychological nursing, dietary nursing and other pain nursing interventions can significantly reduce the postoperative pain, shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life of patients.
