心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者情绪的影响

目的评价心理护理干预对住院精神分裂症患者情绪等状况的影响,为精神分裂症护理提供参考,以促进患者病情转归与康复。方法选择本院收治住院治疗的精神分裂症患者,总计74例。在住院期间常规药物治疗的同时进行74例精神分裂症患者随机数字表法分组护理,对照组37例患者接受疾病常规护理,观察组37例患者加行心理护理干预。对比对照组与观察组精神分裂症患者精神症状、负性焦虑情绪、日常生活能力评分改善情况。结果护理干预后,两组精神分裂症患者组间精神症状以及负性焦虑情绪评分比较,观察组(22.0±2.1)分,(35.5±5.6)分]明显低于对照组(32.2±2.3)分,(45.2±5.9)分];组间日常生活能力评分比较,观察组(72.0±4.6)分明显高于对照组(60.6±5.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者住院治疗期间除常规护理外,心理护理干预的应用可以进一步稳定患者的身心状况,促进患者病情恢复,提高患者日常生活能力,整体上提高精神分裂症患者生活、生存质量。

The Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Mood of Schizophrenic Patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the emotional status of schizophrenic inpatients, and to provide reference for schizophrenic nursing, so as to promote the prognosis and rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. Methods 74 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital were selected. During hospitalization, 74 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups. 37 patients in the control group received routine care for the disease, and 37 patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention. The improvement of psychiatric symptoms, negative anxiety and daily living ability scores of schizophrenic patients in the control group and the observation group were compared. Results After nursing intervention,the scores of psychiatric symptoms and negative anxiety in two groups of schizophrenia patients were significantly lower in the observation group (22.0±2.1) points,(35.5±5.6) points] than in the control group (32.2±2.3) points,(45.2±5.9) points];the scores of daily living ability in the observation group(72.0±4.6) points were significantly higher than those in the control group(60.6±5.2) points, which had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion In addition to routine nursing, the application of psychological nursing intervention can further stabilize the physical and mental status of schizophrenic patients, promote their recovery, improve their daily living ability, and improve the quality of life of schizophrenic patients as a whole. It is worth further study and discussion.
