抑郁症伴焦虑症患者采用文拉法辛治疗的效果观察

目的 探讨抑郁症伴焦虑症患者采用文拉法辛治疗的效果.方法 选医院100例2017年4月—2018年6月期间收治的抑郁症伴焦虑症患者.随机数字表分组,心理治疗组实施常规心理治疗,文拉法辛辅助治疗组则实施文拉法辛加上心理疗法治疗.比较心理治疗组、文拉法辛辅助治疗组疗效;心理症状改善时间、遵医行为水平;治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分值;不良反应.结果 文拉法辛辅助治疗组疗效、心理症状改善时间、遵医行为水平、汉密尔顿抑郁以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分值相比较心理治疗组更好,P<0.05.文拉法辛辅助治疗组不良反应和心理治疗组无明显差异,P>0.05.结论 文拉法辛治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症的效果理想.

Observation of Venlafaxine in Patients With Depression and Anxiety

Objective To investigate the effect of venlafaxine in patients with depression and anxiety.Methods 100 patients with depression and anxiety in April 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The random number table was grouped,the psychotherapy group was given conventional psychotherapy,and the venlafaxine adjuvant treatment group was treated with venlafaxine plus psychotherapy.Comparison of psychotherapy group,venlafaxine adjuvant treatment group;psychological symptoms improvement time,compliance with medical behavior;patients withHamilton depression and Hamilton anxiety scale score before and after treatment;adverse reactions.Results The efficacy,psychological improvement time,compliance with behavior,Hamilton depression,and Hamilton anxiety scale scores in the venlafaxine-assisted treatment group were better than those in the psychotherapy group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the venlafaxine-assisted treatment group and the psychotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of depression with anxiety.
