Influence of Early Re habilitation Nursing Combined with General Nursing Intervention in Improving Limb Function and Activity Ability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing combined with general nursing intervention in improving limb function and activity ability of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods 62 cases of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group received early rehabilitation nursing combined with general nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the Barthel index and FAM score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the Barthel index and FAM score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The daily living activity ability score and the motor function score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing combined with general nursing intervention can improve the limb function and activity ability of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.
