循证医学教学模式在心脏外科临床教学的应用

摘    要:目的探讨循证医学教学模式在心脏外科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法以新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014级五年制临床医学专业60名临床实习医师为研究对象,按进科先后分为两组即实验组(30名)和对照组(30名);对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用循证医学教学模式;实习学生出科时对两组学生理论知识、病例分析、临床操作技能及对教学方式的满意度进行调查。结果实验组学生理论知识、病例分析、临床操作技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),对教学方式的满意度调查表各维度得分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论循证医学教学模式应用于心脏外科临床教学实践中有利于提升学生综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine teaching model in clinical teaching practice of cardiac surgery. Methods A total of 60 clinical interns from the 2014 year five year clinical medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital were divided into two groups, namely, the experimental group(30) and the control group(30). The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group adopted the evidence-based medicine teaching mode, and the two cases of student cases were analyzed and the clinical operation skills were acquired during the internship. To investigate the satisfaction of teaching methods. Results The scores of case analysis and clinical operation skills of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05), and the scores of each dimension of the questionnaire of satisfaction with teaching methods were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine teaching model in clinical teaching of cardiac surgery is conducive to improving students’ comprehensive ability.
