宫颈球囊在促宫颈成熟中的应用

目的研究分析在足月妊娠孕妇中,使用宫颈扩张球囊对促宫颈成熟产生的效果。方法随机选取120例于医院进行引产的足月妊娠孕妇,根据住院号单双数将其分为观察组和对照组,每组为60例,两组孕妇宫颈扩张的方式不同,将宫颈扩张球囊应用于观察组孕妇中,药物静脉滴注应用于对照组孕妇中,对比分析两组孕妇治疗效果、引产情况、新生儿情况、宫颈Bishop评分以及并发症发生率。结果使用宫颈扩张球囊的孕妇,其引产成功率、治疗效果以及宫颈评分均优于对照组,上述对比P<0.05,存在显著的统计学意义,而并发症发生率以及新生儿情况的对比结果显示P>0.05,不具有显著统计学意义。结论为了有效促进宫颈的成熟和扩张,使用宫颈球囊能够提高足月妊娠孕妇的引产成功率,具有广泛应用的价值。

Application of Cervical Balloon in Promoting Cervical Maturation

Objective To study and analyze the effect of cervical dilatation balloon on cervical ripening in full-term pregnant women.Methods 120 full-term pregnant women undergoing induced labor in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the single or even number of hospitalization numbers,60 cases in each group.The cervical dilatation balloon was applied to the observation group and the drug intravenous drip was applied to the control group.The treatment effect,induced labor,newborn condition,cervical Bishop score and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results the success rate of induced labor,therapeutic effect and cervical score of pregnant women using cervical dilatation balloon are all better than those of the control group.the above-mentioned comparison P<0.05,which has significant statistical significance,while the comparison results of complication rate and newborn situation show P>0.05,which has no significant statistical significance.Conclusion In order to effectively promote cervical ripening and dilation,the use of cervical balloon can improve the successful induction of labor for full-term pregnant women and has wide application value.
