关节镜微创技术对膝关节骨创伤的疗效观察

目的观察关节镜微创技术对膝关节骨创伤的疗效。方法将医院从2017年6月-2018年6月收治的96例膝关节创伤患者作为研究样本,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,两组各48例患者;对照组患者接受常规手术治疗,观察组患者接受关节镜微创技术治疗;比较两组患者的临床效果、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间以及术后疼痛情况(VAS)。结果对两组患者进行比较,得出对照组患者总有效率为(72.92%),观察组患者总有效率为(91.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性;对两组患者进行治疗时,对照组患者手术时间长、术中出血量严重、骨折愈合时间长,均没有观察组患者治疗效果好,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论通过观察发现,关节镜微创技术在治疗膝关节骨创伤患者上,临床效果较好,能缩短手术时间和住院时间,以及关节镜微创技术可有效缓解膝关节骨创伤患者术后疼痛,对患者恢复起到了很好的作用,预后效果佳。

Observation of Clinical Effect of Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Technique on Knee Joint Bone Trauma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique on knee joint bone trauma. Methods 96 cases of patients with knee joint trauma and who treated in our hospital were selected as the research samples, and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, with 48 cases in each group. The control group were received routine surgical treatment, while the observation group were received arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment. Then, the clinical effect, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time and postoperative pain(VAS) of two groups of patients were compared. Results The two groups of patients were compared, the total effective rate in the control group was 72.92%,and in the observation group was 91.67%,the difference was significant(P<0.05), which was comparable. When two groups of patients were treated, the patients in the control group had long operation time, severe bleeding volume and long fracture healing time, which were not as good as those in the observation group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05), which was comparable. Conclusion Through observation, it is found that the arthroscopic minimally invasive technique has a good clinical effect in treatment of patients with knee joint bone trauma, which can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time. The arthroscopic minimally invasive technique can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with knee joint bone trauma after operation. It plays a very good role in the recovery of patients with good prognosis.
