针对性护理干预对异常妊娠产妇的作用

目的探究针对性护理干预在异常妊娠产妇护理中的应用效果,通过不同护理方式对比,明确护理方式优势,为今后护理工作提供经验性指导。方法选定本院收治的异常妊娠产妇78例,研究时段自2017年2月至2019年2月,对产妇资料进行分析,按照护理方式进行分组,分对照组(37例,常规护理)、试验组(41例,针对性护理),比较顺产率、护理满意度。结果试验组顺产率(82.93%)显著较对照组(62.16%)高,试验组护理满意度(95.12%)显著较对照组(78.38%)高,P<0.05。结论针对异常妊娠产妇,针对性护理利于改善产妇状态,提高顺产率,产妇满意度较高,较常规护理更利于护理工作开展,产妇依从性更为理想,临床应用价值极高。

The Role of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Abnormal Pregnancy

Objective To Explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in abnormal pregnancy maternal nursing, comparing the different nursing methods, defining the advantages of nursing methods, and providing empirical guidance for future nursing work. Methods 78 cases of abnormal pregnant women in our hospital were selected. The study period was from February 2017 to February 2019. Maternal data were analyzed and divided into control group(37 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group(41 cases, targeted nursing) according to the nursing mode. The rate of delivery and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The spontaneous rate(82.93%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.16%). The nursing satisfaction(95.12%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.38%), P < 0.05. Conclusion For abnormal pregnancy, targeted nursing is beneficial to improve maternal status, improve yield, and higher maternal satisfaction. It is more conducive to nursing work than routine nursing, maternal compliance is more ideal, and clinical application value is extremely high.
