超声技师规范化培训的思考与实践

超声已成为当今临床诊疗中必不可少的手段,社会及临床对超声的需求日益增加,分层分级医疗的推进及信息化建设飞速发展,单一的超声医师检查诊断的工作模式已明显无法满足超声医学的学科发展需要,超声医技协同工作模式是未来超声发展的必然趋势,超声技师队伍的规范化建设势在必行。因此,如何培养一支适合中国国情的超声技师队伍、如何合理分级分层,避免人力资源浪费,是当今超声医学发展过程中亟待解决的问题。从我国超声技师的教育现状出发,结合我院十余年超声技师规范化培训的实践,探讨中国超声技师的规培方法,为超声技师的规范化培训和超声实用性人才培养积累经验。

Discussion and Practice on Standardization Training of Sonographer

Ultrasound has become an indispensable tools of clinical diagnosis and treatment, in addition the increase of ultrasound in social and clinical demand, promotion in hierarchy and grading of medical treatment, and the rapid development of informatization construction, the mode both performance and diagnosis by ultrasound physician obviously has’ t satisfy the development of ultrasonic medical, physician-sonographer integrated working mode is the inevitable trend of the development of ultrasound, and the standardized construction of sonographer team is imperative. Therefore, how to cultivate a team of sonographers these are suitable for Chinese national conditions, how to reasonably classify hierarchy and grading of ultrasound and avoid the waste of human resources, these are urgent problems to be solved in the ultrasound developing. Based on the current situation of sonographer education in China and more than 10 years’ practice of sonographer standardized training in West China Hospital, this paper discussed the methods of standardization training of sonographer in order to accumulate experiences for standardizing training and cultivating practical sonographer in China.
