情景模拟教学法在临床护理实践培训的应用

摘    要:目的 讨论情景模拟教学法在临床护理实践培训中的应用效果.方法 选取40例医院在职培训的护理人员,根据随机数字法分为两组,将临床护理实践培训中使用情景模拟教学法的护理人员作为实验组,将临床护理实践培训中使用传统教学方法 的护理人员作为对照组.结果 在护理人员知识学习考核的情况上,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).在护理人员教学满意度评分上,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在实行临床护理实践培训的在职培训护理人员中使用情景模拟教学法,可以有效的提高护理人员知识学习考核的情况,提高护理人员教学满意率,具有重要的临床价值.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice training.Methods 40 nursing staff in-service training in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.The nursing staff using the scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical nursing practice training was used as the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method was used in the clinical nursing practice training.The nursing staff served as a control group.Results In the case of knowledge and study of nursing staff,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the teaching staff satisfaction rate,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scenario simulation teaching method in on-the-job training nursing staff who implement clinical nursing practice training can effectively improve the knowledge and assessment of nursing staff and improve the teaching satisfaction rate of nursing staff,which has important clinical value.
