急救护理路径在急性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

目的探讨急救护理路径模式干预对急性脑卒中患者急诊救治效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月-2018年12月期间我院急诊收治的92例急性脑卒中患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组实施常规急救护理,研究组则实施急救护理路径模式干预。评价两组急救效率及救治结果。结果与对照组相比,研究组呼救至院前急救时间、接诊至确诊时间、确诊到治疗时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组出院前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组病残率及死亡率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急救护理路径模式干预能够提升急性脑卒中患者急诊效率,减轻患者神经功能损害,增强救治效果。

Application Effect of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Patients With Acute Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing pathway intervention on acute stroke patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 92 acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 was divided into a control group and a research group, each with 46 cases, according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine first aid nursing, while the research group was given first aid nursing path mode intervention. The first aid efficiency and results of the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter time from calling for help to prehospital first aid, receiving to diagnosis and treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the disability rate and mortality rate in the study group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway intervention can improve the emergency efficiency of patients with acute stroke, reduce neurological impairment and enhance the treatment effect.
