心理护理在阴道分娩中的作用观察及效果评价

目的了解心理护理在阴道分娩中的作用观察及效果。方法将湖北省荆州市第二人民医院妇产二科2016年1月-2018年2月的70例阴道分娩产妇,随机分组,常规护理干预组的产妇实施常规阴道分娩流程的护理,心理护理组除了常规根据分娩流程干预,还强化患者心理护理。比较两组满意度、护理前后负面情绪测评问卷指标、总的阴道分娩产程时间、阴道分娩过程产妇的依从性评分、产后恢复的时间和不良的妊娠结局发生率。结果心理护理组满意度更高,负面情绪测评问卷指标在护理后更低,总的阴道分娩产程时间更短,而阴道分娩过程产妇的依从性评分更高,产后恢复的时间更短,不良的妊娠结局发生率对比常规护理干预组更低,P<0.05。结论阴道分娩产妇实施心理护理效果确切,其实施减轻了产妇的负面情绪,提高了其分娩配合度,并加速了产程进展,减少了母婴不良结局的出现,提高产妇满意度。

Observation and Evaluation of Effect of Psychological Nursing in Vaginal Delivery

Objective To understand the observation and effect of psychological nursing in vaginal delivery.Methods Seventy cases of vaginal births from January 2016 to February 2018 in the Second Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Jingzhou Second People’s Hospital,Hubei Province were randomly divided into groups.The women in the routine nursing intervention group were given routine vaginal delivery procedures,psychological care In addition to routine intervention according to the delivery process,the group also strengthened patient psychological care.Satisfaction between the two groups was compared;indicators of negative emotional assessment before and after nursing,total vaginal delivery time,maternal compliance score during vaginal delivery,time to postpartum recovery,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results The psychological nursing group had higher satisfaction,the negative emotion assessment questionnaire indicators were lower after nursing,the total vaginal delivery time was shorter,and the maternal compliance score was higher during vaginal delivery,and the postpartum recovery time was shorter and poor.The incidence of pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the conventional nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing for vaginal delivery mothers is definite.Its implementation reduces the negative emotions of mothers,improves their delivery coordination,accelerates the progress of labor,reduces the incidence of adverse outcomes of mothers and infants,and improves maternal satisfaction.
