摘    要:目的分析文拉法辛与低剂量氨磺必利联合治疗重度抑郁症的临床效果。方法以本院收治的86例重度抑郁症患者为例,研究时间段为2017年7月-2018年7月,依据86例患者治疗方式的不同,将其平均分成两组,分别是参照组43例和研究组43例。参照组采用文拉法辛治疗,研究组采用文拉法辛与低剂量氨磺必利联合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率较参照组高,HAMD评分小于参照组,睡眠质量评分均低于参照组,不良反应率低于参照组,IL-8水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采用文拉法辛与低剂量氨磺必利联合治疗重度抑郁症具有较高的安全性,可改善患者抑郁程度,减轻病情影响,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of venlafaxine combined with low-dose amisulpride in the treatment of major depression. Methods A total of 86 patients with major depression admitted to our hospital were enrolled. The study period was from July 2017 to July 2018. According to the treatment methods of 86 patients, they were divided into two groups. There were 43 cases in the reference group and 43 cases in the study group. The reference group was treated with venlafaxine. The study group was treated with venlafaxine in combination with low-dose amisulpride to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The HAMD score was lower than the reference group, and the sleep quality score was lower than the reference group. The adverse reaction rate was lower than the reference group, and the IL-8 level was lower than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of venlafaxine and low-dose amisulpride in the treatment of major depression has higher safety, can improve the degree of depression and reduce the impact of the disease.
