| 摘 要： | 目的探究急诊护理流程优化对急诊患者抢救效率的影响。方法以2018年5月-2019年5月本院急诊科接诊的120例患者为对象,按随机非盲原则分为两组各60例,对照组实施常规护理流程,观察组实施急诊护理流程优化,对比抢救成功情况、抢救效率。结果观察组抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的收诊时间、分诊评估时间、心电监护时间、静脉采血时间、静脉用药时间以及治疗时间各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程优化应用于急诊患者中,效果显著,可提高抢救成功率和抢救效率,对后期病情治疗有积极影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of emergency nursing process optimization on the rescue efficiency of emergency patients. Methods 120 patients received in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization and non blindness, 60 in each group. Routine nursing process was implemented in the control group, emergency nursing process optimization was implemented in the observation group, and the success and efficiency of rescue were compared. Results The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P. Conclusion The application of optimization of emergency nursing process in emergency patients has significant effect, can improve the success rate and efficiency of rescue. |
