摘    要:目的 探究将现场急救情景教学法开展于规培生临床带教中的价值.方法 选取本院2018年3月—2019年3月前来接受培训的100名规培生,采用摸球法分为研究组(50名)和常规组(50名).研究组临床带教中采用现场急救情境教学法,常规组采用传统教学法.教学2个月后观察效果,包括急诊科规培生优良率及教学前后学生理论知识评分、实践能力评分变化.结果 研究组急诊科规培优良率94.00%,高于常规组的74.00%.教学后,研究组理论知识评分及实践能力评分高于常规组和教学前.对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 现场急救情景教学法开展于规培生临床带教中的应用效果显著,可有效提高规培生综合能力水平.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of on-site first-aid situation teaching method in the clinical teaching of discipline students.Methods The 100 graduate students who came to receive training from March 2018 to March 2019 in this hospital were divided into study group(50)and regular group(50).The research group used the field first aid situational teaching method in the clinical teaching,and the conventional group adopted the traditional teaching method.The results were observed after 2 months of teaching,including the excellent rate of emergency department students and the theoretical knowledge scores and practical ability scores before and after teaching.Results The excellent rate of emergency training in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 74.00%in the control group.The correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the observation group's theoretical knowledge score and practical ability score were higher than the control group and pre-teaching,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The on-site first-aid situation teaching method is applied in the clinical teaching of the disciplined students,which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability level of the disciplined students.
