摘    要:目前,随着社会发展形势的变化,积极改革研究生培养模式是必然的趋势,也是研究生教育工作者的关注点。我国医学研究生培养模式施行专业型与学术型,学术型研究生培养更侧重于科学研究能力的培养,进而形成独立承担专业技术工作和从事科学研究的能力。这是为了适应多元化就业环境、培养复合型高级医生所做出的一项重大变革。本文通过对学术型医学研究生职业能力的培养进行初步分析,从思想政治、学术道德、文献研读、岗位导向和新时期发展等方面探讨,得出了促进医学人才培养,提升学术型研究生综合素质的思路和方法,为地区高等医科院校研究生教育培养工作提供一些参考建议。

Abstract:With the change of social development, it is an inevitable trend to actively reform the postgraduate training mode, which is also the focus of postgraduate educators. The training mode of medical postgraduates in China is divided into professional and academic types. Academic postgraduate training focuses more on the cultivation of scientific research ability, so the ability to engage in professional work and scientific research independently will be formed. This is a major reform in the training of senior doctors, which adapt to the diversified employment environment. Based on the preliminary analysis on the cultivation of professional ability of academic medical postgraduates, this paper has discusses the methods to promote the cultivation and enhance the comprehensive quality of academic medical postgraduates,which are from ideological and political education, academic morality, literature study, post orientation and development. So as to provide some suggestions for postgraduate educators in regional medical universities.
