妊娠高血压综合征产后出血实施优质护理的效果

目的探究优质护理干预应用于妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的效果。方法本次实验对象均选自2017年6月—2018年12月期间在本院进行治疗的83例妊娠高血压综合征产妇,根据分娩先后顺序分成实验组(n=42)和对照组(n=41),对照组开展一般护理,基于此实验组开展优质护理,对比两种护理方案对患者产生的影响。结果实验组和对照组在SAS和SDS评分上,护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在产后出血量、子痫前期发生率上,全部优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的效果较好,能明显缓解患者情绪、减少出血量,并降低子痫前期发生率。

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Postpartum Hemorrhage in Pregnancy High Blood Pressure Syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods The subjects were selected from 83 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group according to the order of delivery(n=41),the control group carried out general care,based on this experimental group to carry out quality care,comparing the impact of the two care programs on patients.Results In the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group,the difference before treatment was small,no statistical significance(P>0.05).The difference after nursing was significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was in postpartum hemorrhage.The incidence and preeclampsia rate were all better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy-induced hypertension,which can significantly relieve the patient's mood,reduce the amount of bleeding,and reduce the incidence of pre-eclampsia.
