股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中的护理效果

目的探讨优质护理联合系统性功能训练在股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法选取湖北省第三人民医院骨外科2017年1月-2019年1月收治的100例股骨头坏死的患者进行观察,采用双色球随机分为优质护理组和普通护理组,普通护理组患者予以常规护理,优质护理组对患者进行优质护理联合系统性功能训练,分析优质护理组和普通护理组患者护理后的临床效果,并比较优质护理组和普通护理组患者护理满意度。结果通过对优质护理组和普通护理组患者施以不同护理干预方式可知,优质护理组患者Harris评分与生活质量评分,明显优于普通护理组,且优质护理组患者护理满意度(94.0%)远高于普通护理组(70.0%)。组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中应用优质护理联合系统性功能训练,可以帮助患者坏死的髋关节功能快速恢复,改善患者的自理能力,提高患者的康复效果。

Nursing Effect of Total Hip Arthroplasty for Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing combined with systematic functional training in total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis.Methods 100 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to the Department of Bone Surgery of Hubei Third People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for observation.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:highquality nursing group and ordinary care group.The patients in ordinary care group received routine nursing.The high-quality nursing group conducted high-quality nursing combined with systematic functional training for the patients.The clinical effects of high-quality nursing group and ordinary care group after nursing were analyzed,and the nursing satisfaction of patients in high-quality nursing group and ordinary care group was compared.Results The Harris score and quality of life score of the patients in the highquality nursing group were significantly better than those in the ordinary care group by applying different nursing intervention methods to the patients in the high-quality nursing group and the patients in the ordinary care group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the high-quality nursing group(94.0%)was much higher than that in the ordinary care group(70.0%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing combined with systematic functional training in total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis can help patients with necrotic hip joint function recover quickly,improve the self-care ability of patients,improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
