风险管理在降低血液透析并发症中的应用效果

目的对风险管理在降低血液透析并发症中的应用效果进行分析和研究。方法选择本院收治的实施血液透析的患者共计120例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为为2018年1月-2019年3月。按照硬币法将这些患者划分为常规护理组和风险管理组,每组各有60例,采用常规护理的方式对常规护理组进行护理,在此基础上,采用风险管理的方式对观察组进行护理管理,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果常规护理组中并发症的发生率为18.3%,风险管理组中并发症的发生率为3.3%。常规护理组的并发症发生率明显高于风险管理组,两组比较(P <0.05)。常规护理组中护理满意度为78.3%,风险管理组中护理满意度为3.3%。风险管理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组,两组比较(P <0.05)。结论在血液透析患者的护理实践中应用风险管理能够有效地降低患者的并发症发生率,而且可以明显提升其护理满意度。

Application Effect of Risk Management in Reducing Hemodialysis Complications

Objective To analyze and study the application of risk management in reducing hemodialysis complications. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent hemodialysis admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects for this study. The time period was from January 2018 to March 2019. According to the coin method, these patients were divided into the routine nursing group and the risk management group. Each group had 60 cases, and the routine nursing group was used for routine nursing. On this basis, the observation group was treated with risk management. Management, analysis and comparison of the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of complications in the routine care group was 18.3%, and the incidence of complications in the risk management group was 3.3%. The incidence of complications in the conventional care group was significantly higher than that in the risk management group(P < 0.05). The satisfaction level of nursing in the routine care group was 78.3%, and the satisfaction level in the risk management group was 3.3%. The nursing satisfaction of the risk management group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group, and the two groups were compared(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing practice of hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complication of patients, and can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction.
