优质护理在放射造影检查中的应用

目的探究分析放射造影检查中应用优质护理服务的效果。方法 2018年3月-2019年3月,本院收治122例行放射造影检查的患者,按照不同的护理方案将其分为常规组与优质组,常规组61例患者给予常规护理,优质组61例患者给予优质护理,对比两组患者的一次检查成功率、检查质量评分、不良反应(恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、头晕)发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组61例患者的一次检查成功率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组61例患者的检查质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组61例患者的不良反应发生率小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组61例患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在放射造影检查中应用优质护理,可减少患者的陌生感与紧张感,能够促进医患交流,能够提升一次检查成功率。

Application of High Quality Nursing in Radiography Examination

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of applying quality nursing service in radiography examination. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 122 patients undergoing radiography were divided into routine group and high-quality group according to different nursing plans. 61 patients in routine group and 61 patients in high-quality group were given routine nursing. The success rate, examination quality score and adverse reactions(nausea, vomiting, pruritus and dizziness) of the two groups were compared Incidence and nursing satisfaction. Results The success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The examination quality scores of 61 patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of 61 patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing in radiography examination can reduce strangeness and tension in patients, promote doctorpatient communication, and improve the success rate of the first examination.
