子宫肌瘤护理中实施护理质量持续改进的效果

目的了解子宫肌瘤护理中实施护理质量持续改进的效果。方法将2017年2月-2019年1月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例视为本次探究对象,取随机分组法划分成人数相等的试验组、常规组。对常规组50例实施基础护理指导,对试验组50例实施护理质量持续改进,观察各组的实施效果。结果调查统计两组患者相关数据发现,试验组(98.00%)总服务满意度高于常规组(76.00%),P> 0.05;试验组护理质量及生活质量评分高于常规组,P> 0.05。结论将护理质量持续改进应用于子宫肌瘤患者的护理中具有满意的效果,不仅可促进患者满意度,同时在改善生活质量以及提升护理质量方面存在积极意义,有利于取得患者对于护理工作的认可。

The Effect of Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in the Nursing of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of uterine fibroids. Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were taken as the object of this study. The random grouping method was used to divide the experimental group and the conventional group with the same number of adults. Fifty patients in the conventional group were given basic nursing guidance, 50 patients in the experimental group were given continuous improvement in nursing quality, and the effect of each group was observed. Results The survey statistics of the two groups of patients found that the total service satisfaction of the experimental group(98.00%) was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(76.00%), P>0.05;the quality of care and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group, P>0.05. Conclusion The continuous improvement of the quality of care applied to the care of patients with uterine fibroids has a satisfactory effect, which can not only promote patient satisfaction, but also have positive significance in improving quality of life and quality of care, which is beneficial to obtaining patients’ recognition.
