放射住院规培医师带教经验体会

摘    要:目的观察分析放射住院规培医师带教模式。方法选取2017年1月-2018年6月于医院规培的放射住院规培生20例,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组(n=10)与对照组(n=10),对照组采用传统规培管理模式,观察组采用双因素理论管理模式,对比两组规培生的教学成效及对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组规培生的工作积极性、职业荣誉感、理论知识、技能操作、病例书写均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组规培生规培1个月、3个月、6个月的沟通能力和带教质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组规培生对带教老师的满意度高于对照组,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双因素理论管理模式能够有效提高临床带教质量,提高放射住院规培生的操作技能及沟通能力,提高了规培生对带教老师的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the teaching mode of regular training physicians in radiology hospital.Methods Twenty cases of radiation hospitalized students were selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into observation group(n=10)and control group(n=10)by digital random method.The control group adopted the traditional management model of radiation hospitalized students.The observation group adopted the two-factor theory management model to compare the teaching effect and teaching effect of the two groups of students.Teacher satisfaction.Results The work enthusiasm,professional honor,theoretical knowledge,skill operation and case writing of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the communication ability and teaching quality of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of the students in the observation group with the teachers was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the satisfaction of standardized training students to teachers was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The twofactor theory management model can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching,improve the operational skills and communication skills of the students in radiology hospital,and improve their satisfaction with the teachers.
