恩度联合TP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的探讨恩度联合TP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法86例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组各43例,对照组采用常规TP方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用恩度治疗。比较两组的疗效、血清HMGA2及HMGB1含量、不良反应。结果观察组的近期总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组的血清HMGA2及HMGB1含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的各项不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩度联合TP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌可减少不良反应的发生,调节HMGA2及HMGB1含量,提高疗效。

Efficacy of Endostar Combined with TP Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the efficacy of endostar combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases each.The control group received conventional TP chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Endostar on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,serum HMGA2 and HMGB1 contents and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total short-term effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the contents of serum HMGA2 and HMGB1 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidences of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Endostar combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,regulate the contents of HMGA2 and HMGB1,and improve the efficacy.
