量化积分绩效考核在门诊护理中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 研究量化积分绩效考核在提高门诊护理质量中的应用价值.方法 比较医院门诊部推行量化积分绩效考核前后,医生及门诊患者对门诊护士工作的满意度,并记录推行考核前后护士对自身工作的满意度.结果 实施量化积分绩效考核后,医生对门诊护士的工作满意度得以显著提高(P<0.05);门诊患者对门诊护士的服务满意度得以显著提高(P<0.05);门诊护士对自身工作的满意度也得以显著提高(P<0.05).结论 量化积分考核能有效提高门诊护士工作能力,更好地协调门诊医生工作,优化患者就诊流程,保障就诊安全性,为门诊患者提供所需帮助,有效提高患者就诊体验感,提升了医院窗口科室的服务形象.

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of quantitative integral performance appraisal in improving the quality of outpatient nursing.Methods The satisfaction of doctors and outpatients on the work of outpatient nurses was compared before and after implementation of quantitative integral performance appraisal in our outpatient department,and the satisfaction of nurses on their work before and after implementation of appraisal was recorded.Results After implementation of quantitative integral performance appraisal,the satisfaction of doctors on work of outpatient nurses was significantly improved(P<0.05).The satisfaction of outpatients on service of outpatient nurses was significantly improved(P<0.05).The satisfaction of outpatient nurses on their work was also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative integral performance appraisal can effectively improve the work ability of outpatient nurses,better coordinate the work of outpatient doctors,optimize the patient treatment process,ensure the safety of medical treatment,provide necessary help for outpatients,effectively improve the patient experience and improve the service image of hospital window department.
