| 摘 要： | 目的针对急诊治疗急性心衰实施冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗的举措,观察及分析效果情况。方法在本院2017年8月—2018年8月期间选取治疗的150例急性心衰病患,随机数字法均分为两个组别,其中对照组心衰患者采用常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加上冻干重组人脑利钠肽,观察两组患者心率和左心室射血分数(LVEF)、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,试验组患者心率、LVEF水平及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽用于治疗急性心力衰治竭疗效果明显,增强患者生活质量水平,在临床治疗中具有重要参考价值及意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rnpa)on acute heart failure in emergency treatment.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,150 patients with acute heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in the test group were treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the heart rate,LVEF level and total effective rate of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide is effective in treating acute heart failure,and can improve the quality of life of patients. |
