高职护理教育毕业实习生临床能力的培养方法

目的探索与研究高职护理教育毕业实习生临床能力的培养方法。方法将本院2018年1月-2018年12月的45名高职护理教育毕业实习生纳入观察组,运用PBL教学方法对其进行教学培养,另将本院2017年1月-2017年12月的45名高职护理教育毕业实习生纳入对照组,运用传统教学方法对其进行教学培养,对比两组毕业实习生的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力以及个人综合能力。结果观察组毕业实习生理论知识与实践技能的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力总得分以及自学、交流、表达、理解、解决问题的能力及其综合能力的评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对高职护理教育毕业实习生用PBL教学方法行教学培养,可明显提升毕业实习生的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力以及个人综合能力。

Training Method of Clinical Ability of Graduation Interns in Higher Vocational Nursing Education

Objective To explore and study the training methods of clinical ability of graduate students in higher vocational nursing education.Methods 45 high-level nursing education graduate interns from January to December 2018 were included in the observation group,and they were trained by PBL teaching methods.45 higher vocational schools from January to December 2017 were also employed.Nursing education graduate interns were included in the control group,and they were trained by traditional teaching methods.The test scores,post competency and individual comprehensive ability of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the observation group,the total score of post competency and the ability of self-study,communication,expression,understanding,problem-solving and comprehensive ability were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The teaching and training of the PBL teaching method for the graduate students of higher vocational nursing education can significantly improve the test scores,post competence and individual comprehensive ability of the interns.
