早期护理干预在哺乳期急性乳腺炎护理中的应用

目的评价哺乳期急性乳腺炎护理工作中应用早期护理干预的效果,为哺乳期急性乳腺炎护理工作的有效开展提供参考。方法选择医院近年收治治疗的哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者,总计80例。结合护理方法进行参照组、联合组护理分组,参照组40例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者接受常规护理,联合组40例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者加行早期护理干预。对比参照组以及联合组哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者护理效果以及乳房脓肿发生率情况。结果经过不同护理方案干预后,联合组40例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者护理疗效明显高于参照组,乳房脓肿发生率少于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论哺乳期急性乳腺炎情况较为常见,且初产妇明显居多,综合产妇个体情况给予患者治疗期间配合早期护理干预利于改善患者疼痛状况、缩短患者住院时间、提高患者生活质量评分,从而促进患者治疗预后,减少患者乳房脓肿等并发症,患者护理满意度高。

Application of Early Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Acute Breast-feeding Mastitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of early nursing intervention in nursing of acute breast-feeding mastitis,and to provide reference for effective nursing of acute breast-feeding mastitis.Methods 80 cases of acute breast-feeding mastitis in our hospital in recent years were selected.Combined with nursing methods,the reference group and the combined group were divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing care for 40 patients with acute breast-feeding mastitis,and the combined group received early nursing intervention for 40 patients with acute breast-feeding mastitis.The nursing effect and the incidence of breast abscess in the reference group and the combined group were compared.Results After the intervention of different nursing schemes,the nursing effect of 40 cases of acute breast-feeding mastitis in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of breast abscess was less than that in the reference group,P<0.05,the results were statistically significant.Conclusion Acute breast-feeding mastitis is more common,and primipara are obviously in the majority.Early nursing intervention combined with individual maternal conditions during the treatment can improve pain status,shorten hospitalization time and improve the quality of life score of patients,thus promoting the prognosis of patients and reducing complications such as breast abscess.The patients'nursing satisfaction is high.
