多西他赛、顺铂与替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的效果

目的探讨对晚期胃癌患者行多西他赛+顺铂和替吉奥治疗的临床作用。方法选取在2018年2月-2019年2月所接收的82例晚期胃癌患者,按照抛硬币的方法分为41例研究组和41例参照组,参照组行多西他赛+顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,研究组行多西他赛+顺铂+替吉奥治疗,记录两组患者的各项资料和信息,并且对于各组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组,研究组的不良反应发生率低于参照组,对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者行多西他赛+顺铂+替吉奥治疗,有效率高,不良反应率低。

The Effects of Docetaxel,Cisplatin and Tegafur in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of docetaxel plus cisplatin and tegiol in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 82 patients with advanced gastric cancer received from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into 41 study groups and 41 control groups according to coin tossing method.The control group was treated with docetaxel+cisplatin+5-fluorouracil.The study group was treated with docetaxel+cisplatin+tegio.The data and information of the two groups were recorded,and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of each group were also recorded.Incidence rate should be increased.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel plus cisplatin plus tegiol is effective and has low adverse reactions in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
