微课在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用及效果评价

摘    要:目的评价微课在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学2016级5年制口腔医学专业2个班级为研究对象,其中一个班42人(男16、女26)设为试验组,另一个班40人(男12、女28人)设为对照组。试验组采用微课教学方法进行授课,对照组采用传统教学方法进行授课。在完成本学期教学内容后对两组学生进行教学效果问卷调查,并同时进行考核。结果调查问卷显示试验组教学效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生的考核成绩高于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课在口腔颌面外科教学中取得良好教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of microlecture in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching. Methods Two classes of 2016 grade 5 stomatology major in China medical university were selected as the research objects. 42 students(16 males and 26 females) in one class were set as the experimental group, and 40 students(12 males and 28 females) in the other class were set as the control group. The experimental group was taught by micro-class teaching method, while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method. After the completion of this semester’s teaching content, the two groups of students were surveyed by questionnaires and evaluated simultaneously. Results The questionnaire showed that the teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Microlecture has achieved good teaching effect in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching, which is worth popularizing.
