PBL在器官系统整合循环系统教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨基于问题学习(PBL)教学法在以器官系统为基础整合循环系统教学中的效果。方法2012级以器官系统为基础整合教学改革班学生,随机分为试验组和对照组(各32人)。试验组采PBL教学法,对照组采用讲授法。课程结束后对教学效果进行问卷调查,并比较学生理论和实践能力考试成绩。结果试验组教学满意度、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、知识理解接受度优于对照组,理论及实践能力考试得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在以器官系统为基础整合循环系统教学中,PBL提高学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,培养学生规范的临床思维模式,提高教学效率,有利于学生全面、系统掌握循环系统知识,教学效果显著提高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the experience of problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of integrated circulatory system based on organ system.Methods The students in class of 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(32 students each).The experimental group adopted PBL and LBL was used in the control group.At the end of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted,and the scores of the students'theoretical test and practical ability test were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction,learning interest,classroom atmosphere and knowledge understanding of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.The scores of theoretical test and practical ability test of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of integrated circulatory system based on organ system,the PBL can improve abilities of independent thinking and problem solving skills,train clinical thinking mode,improve teaching efficiency,and benefit mastering comprehensive knowledge of circulatory system.Teaching effect is significantly improved.
