全程护理在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用

目的探究慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围手术期患者采用全程护理模式的临床价值。方法于2016年9月-2018年11月选取到本院治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者64例,并按照双盲法分为2组,对比组32例实施常规护理,试验组32例实施全程护理模式,并对两组术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分以及护理满意度进行比较。结果试验组并发症发生率3.12%,低于对比组的31.25%(P<0.05);试验组术后疼痛评分(4.15±0.89)分,短于对比组的(7.31±1.17)分(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度100%,高于对比组的78.12%(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围手术期患者采用全程护理模式,改善患者的疼痛程度,减少并发症的出现,提高护理满意度。

Application of Whole-course Nursing in Endoscopic Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

Objective To explore the clinical value of the whole-course nursing model for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery during the perioperative period. Methods From September 2016 to November 2018, choose our hospital 64 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery, and according to the double blind method was divided into 2 groups, control group(n=32) recevied general nursing, experimental group receivied routine nursing group to implement the whole nursing model, and the two groups of postoperative complications, pain score, and nursing satisfaction. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 3.12%, lower than that of the control group 31.25%(P<0.05). The postoperative pain score of the experimental group(4.15±0.89) was shorter than that of the control group(7.31±1.17)(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%, higher than that of the control group 78.12%(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery in the perioperative period adopt the wholecourse nursing model can improve the pain degree of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
