影响儿童发育性髋关节脱位早期诊断的多因素

目的分析影响儿童发育性髋关节脱位早期诊断的多因素。方法选择从2017年1月—2019年1月医院收治的200例儿童发育性髋关节脱位患儿的作为研究样本,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,调查患儿的临床病理学特点、家长文化程度等,以分析影响儿童发育性髋关节脱位早期诊断的多方面因素。结果在200例患儿中,仅有121例患儿做到早期诊断,早期诊断率为60.50%。分析影响早期诊断的因素包括:患儿临床表现、家长文化水平等。结论儿童发育性髋关节脱位由于病情隐匿,因此容易被家长忽视,而导致早期诊断率降低,不利于患儿健康,应引起高度重视。

Multiple Factors Influencing Early Diagnosis of Developmental Dislocation of Hip in Children

Objective To analyze the factors influencing the early diagnosis of developmental dislocation of the hip in children.Methods 200 children with developmental dislocation of the hip from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research samples.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and their clinicopathological characteristics and parents'educational level were investigated.To analyze the factors influencing the early diagnosis of developmental dislocation of the hip in children.Results Of the 200 cases,only 121 cases had early diagnosis,the early diagnosis rate was 60.50%.The factors influencing early diagnosis included clinical manifestations of children and parents’educational level.Conclution Developmental dislocation of the hip in children is easily ignored by parents because of its hidden condition,which leads to a lower rate of early diagnosis and is not conducive to the health of children,and should be paid great attention to.
