吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗重度痔疮的研究

目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术对重度痔疮患者肛肠动力学的影响。方法选择2017年12月-2018年12月重度痔疮患者100例为研究对象,随机数字表将患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术。1个月后分别对两组患者肛肠动力学指标及手术住院期间指标进行比较。结果经1个月治疗,观察组重度痔疮患者的MSP、HPZ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组重度痔疮患者RRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);经1个月治疗后,观察组手术时间、伤口愈合、术中出血量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术用于重度痔疮患者的治疗,可有效帮助患者尽快恢复到肛肠动力学标准。

Treatment of Severe Acne by Anastomotic Sacral Mucosal Ring Resection

Objective To investigate the effect of anastomotic sacral mucosal resection on anorectal dynamics in patients with severe acne.Methods 100 patients with severe acne from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with an anastomotic sacral mucosal ring resection.After 1 month,the anorectal kinetics indexes and the indexes during the hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the MSP and HPZ levels in the patients with severe acne were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The RRP levels in the patients with severe acne were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the operation time,wound healing and intraoperative blood loss were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of anastomotic sacral mucosal ring resection for the treatment of patients with severe acne can effectively help patients recover to anorectal dynamics as soon as possible.
