Influence of Precise Nursing Intervention on Health Behavior and Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Undergoing PCI

Objective To explore the influence of precise nursing intervention on health behavior and sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 120 AMI patients undergoing PCI in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received precise nursing intervention.The health behavior and sleep quality before intervention and 1 month after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the HPLP-Ⅱ score and PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).1 month after intervention,the HPLP-Ⅱ scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);The HPLP-Ⅱ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Precise nursing intervention can effectively improve the health behavior and sleep quality of AMI patients undergoing PCI,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
