摘    要:目的 探讨网络信息化背景下基于微信公众号的移动学习模式在中西医结合专业《病理学》课程中的实践与思考.方法 选取学校2016级中西医结合专业4个班级268名学生为研究对象,随机分为试验班和对照班,试验班采取基于微信公众号的移动学习模式结合传统教学模式,对照班采用传统学习模式.综合两个组的期末考试成绩和问卷调查为考核标准.结果 试验组期末成绩平均值为(81.29±5.99)分,对照组为(74.46±6.33)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查中,学生对"课程兴趣度""学习主动性提高""师生交流增强""移动教学模式满意度"四个方面的支持度较高.结论 基于微信公众号的移动学习模式在中西医结合专业《病理学》教学实践中取得良好的学习效果,具有较高的可行性.

Abstract:Objective To explore the practice and thinking of mobile learning mode based on WeChat official account in pathology course of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine under the background of network informatization.Methods A total of 268 students from 4 classes of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our school in 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental class and control class.The experimental class adopted the mobile learning mode based on WeChat official account combined with the traditional teaching mode,while the control class adopted the traditional learning mode.The final examination results of the two groups and the questionnaire survey were taken as the assessment criteria.Results the average final score of the experimental group was 81.29±5.99 points,and that of the control group was 74.46±6.33 points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,students have a high degree of support for the four aspects of“curriculum interest degree”,“learning initiative enhancement”,“teacherstudent communication enhancement”,and“mobile teaching model satisfaction”.Conclusion the mobile learning model based on WeChat public account has achieved good learning effect in the teaching practice of pathology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
