不同护理模式在产科分娩中的效果对比观察

目的研究在产科的分娩过程中采取单纯优质护理或循证护理模式的临床效果差异,为产科分娩提供更好的护理方法。方法选择2017年7月-2019年7月我院产科收治的80例分娩产妇,随机将其分为两组,其中单纯组40例产妇均实施单纯优质护理,而循证组40例产妇均实施循证护理,记录并对比不同护理方式下两组产妇的产程时间、疼痛程度及产时、产后出血量。结果单纯组产妇的自然分娩概率比循证组更低,其第一、第二、第三及总产程时间要低于单纯组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,单纯组产妇分娩过程在的VAS评分明显高于循证组,而产时、产后的出血量明显高于循证组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对于分娩产妇来说能够明显缓解其疼痛感,减少产程时间和出血量。

A Comparative Observation on the Effect of Different Nursing Mode in Obstetric Delivery

Objective To study the clinical effects of simple quality nursing or evidence-based nursing mode in the delivery process of obstetrics. Methods From July 2017 to July 2019, 80 parturients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, of which 40 patients in the simple group were treated with simple quality care, while 40 patients in the inquiry group were treated with evidence-based care.The time of labor, the degree of pain and the amount of bleeding during and after delivery were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery probability of parturients in simple group was lower than that in evidence-based group, and the first, second, third and total delivery time were lower than that in simple group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the VAS score of parturient in the simple group was significantly higher than that in the inquiry group, while the amount of bleeding during delivery and postpartum was significantly higher than that in the inquiry group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can obviously relieve the pain of parturient women, reduce the time of labor and the amount of bleeding.
