PBL联合CT三维重建技术在疼痛科教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探究PBL教学法联合CT三维重建技术在疼痛科临床实践教学中的应用价值和可行性。方法选取中国医科大学101期医学生45名,采用随机抽签的方法分为对照组和实验组。对照组(23名)采用传统教学方法,实验组(22名)采用PBL联合CT三维重建技术进行教学,比较两组医学生的考核成绩和自制的教学效果评价表评价教学效果。结果实验组在病例分析、脉冲射频治疗、操作神经的解剖部位及毗邻、并发症的处理方案及测试总成绩上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。教学效果评价表的结果显示,实验组在对学习效果、临床思维的扩展、自主学习能力的提高、知识的掌握情况及对于操作中分析解决问题的能力方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学法联合CT三维重建技术可有效提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,显著增强医学生疼痛医学实践课程的教学效果,临床应用价值极高。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching combined with three-dimensional CT reconstruction technology in the clinical practice of pain management teaching. Methods A total of 45 medical students of 101 qi from China Medical University were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 23 students for the control group using conventional teaching methods, 22 students for the experimental group using PBL combined with three-dimensional CT reconstruction technology. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in case analysis, pulsed radiofrequency therapy, the anatomical location, the treatment of adverse effects and the total score of the test(P < 0.05). The results of the teaching effect evaluation showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of learning effect, expansion of clinical thinking, improvement of independent learning ability, knowledge mastering and analyze and problem-solving skills in operation(P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching combined with three-dimensional CT reconstruction technology can effectively inspire students’ learning enthusiasm, and enhance the teaching effect significantly. It has high value to promoting this methods in pain management.
