PBL、CBL联合PACS在超声见习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨应用PBL、CBL教学模式联合PACS系统在超声诊断见习教学中的价值。方法将2018年6月-2019年6月于科室进行见习的学生72人分为两组,实验组36人,应用PBL、CBL教学模式联合PACS系统以病例随访的形式对指定病种进行教学,对照组36人以传统教学方式,小讲课形式进行学习。学习3周后出科,对其进行理论考试及技能考核,并进行Mini-CEX测评及满意度调查。结果实验组的理论考核、技能考核成绩、超声信息采集及读取、超声图像分析、诊断及鉴别诊断能力均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组学生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL、CBL教学模式联合PACS系统以病例随访形式进行超声诊断的见习教学,有助于提高超声诊断教学效果,同时提高学生满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of applying PBL and CBL teaching mode combined with PACS system in the teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis.Methods 72 students from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in our department.The experimental group was divided into two groups.The PBL and CBL teaching modes were combined with the PACS system to teach the designated diseases in the form of case follow-up.In the control group,36 people studied in the form of traditional teaching and small lectures.After 3 weeks of study,I will take a theoretical examination and skills assessment,and conduct a Mini-CEX assessment and satisfaction survey.Results The experimental group's theoretical assessment,skill assessment scores,ultrasound information collection and reading,ultrasound image analysis,diagnosis and differential diagnosis were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group student satisfaction Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL and CBL teaching modes combined with the PACS system for the on-the-job teaching of ultrasound diagnosis in case follow-up form can help to improve the teaching effect of ultrasound diagnosis and improve student satisfaction.
