基于医学影像学教学资源库的移动教学研究

摘    要:目的研究以医学影像学教学资源库为基础,运用手机移动端APP为载体的创新教学模式在医学影像学示教课程中的价值。方法将重庆医科大学2015级临床医学七年制专业80位同学随机分实验组和对照组,每组40人。对照组运用传统教学模式,实验组运用移动学习与传统课堂相结合的创新教学模式,学期结束对两组考试成绩、问卷调查结果进行统计、对比分析。结果实验组的形成性评价总得分、病例分析得分、综合考试及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查实验组对教学模式的评价明显高于对照组。结论医学影像学示教课程应用基于医学影像学教学资源库的移动学习平台,取得了良好的教学效果,有助于提高学习积极性和教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of innovative teaching mode based on medical imaging teaching resource database and using mobile APP as carrier in medical imaging teaching course.Methods Eighty students of seven-year clinical medicine major of Chongqing Medical University in 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 students in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group used the innovative teaching mode combining mobile learning with traditional classroom.At the end of the semester,the two groups of test results and questionnaire results were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The total score of formative assessment,case analysis,comprehensive examination and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching mode in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of mobile learning platform based on medical imaging teaching resource database in medical imaging teaching course has achieved good teaching effect and helped to improve 34 China Continuing Medical Education,Vol.12,No.2 learning enthusiasm and teaching quality.
