两种术式治疗原发性肝癌疗效观察

目的观察超声引导下局部射频消融术与肝癌切除术治疗原发性肝癌患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月我院收治的80例原发性肝癌患者,按手术方式不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组32例接受肝癌切除术治疗,观察组48例接受超声引导下局部射频消融术治疗,随访1年,比较两组肝功能恢复情况以及治疗效果。结果观察组ALT、AST水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),TBil、ALB水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组生存率以及累积生存曲线比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与肝癌切除术比较,超声引导下局部射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌,患者肝功能恢复情况更好,并发症发生率、复发率更低,患者生存情况相当。

Observation on Curative Effect of Two Surgical Methods for Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided local radiofrequency ablation and hepatectomy in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018,The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different operation methods.32 patients in the control group received hepatectomy, Observation group: 48 cases received ultrasound-guided local radiofrequency ablation, Follow-up for 1 year, The recovery of liver function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of ALT and AST in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TBil and ALB in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications and recurrence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparison of survival rate and cumulative survival curve between the two groups, There was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Comparison with hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoa. Ultrasound-guided Radiofrequency Ablation for Primary Liver Cancer. Better recovery of liver function in patients. Complication rate and recurrence rate are lower. The patient’s survival was comparable.
