摘    要:卓越医生培养是"六卓越一拔尖"计划2.0的重要内容,提高临床医学专业本科生临床综合实习能力,扣好临床医学职业生涯第一粒扣子,是造就卓越医师的关键一步。病案是一个个鲜活患者病情诊疗过程的真实记录,单病种病案实习教学是医学生学生扩大视野、走进临床、走进患者、快速掌握临床诊疗技能、短时间内全面认知疾病、实现从书本向临床转化的有效途径,是培养卓越医师的有效途径。文章就单病种病案在临床医学专业本科生实习教学中的运用进行模型设计,以期改变现有的临床医学专业本科生临床实习模式,为临床准医生打下坚实的临床基础,培养更多的"名医"。

Abstract:Excellent doctor training is an important part of the "Six Excellence and Top-notch" Program 2.0. Improving the clinical comprehensive internship ability of undergraduates in clinical medicine and deducting the first button of clinical medical career is a key step in creating a superior physician.The medical record is a true record of the disease diagnosis and treatment process of a fresh patient. The single disease case practice teaching is to expand the vision of medical students, enter the clinic, enter the patient, quickly master the clinical diagnosis and treatment skills, comprehensively recognize the disease in a short time, and realize An effective way to transform from books to clinical is an effective way to cultivate excellent physicians.This paper designs the model of singlepatient medical records in the practice teaching of undergraduate students in clinical medicine, in order to change the existing clinical practice mode of undergraduates in clinical medicine, and lay a solid clinical foundation for clinical prospective doctors, and cultivate more "Famous doctor".
