摘    要:目的探讨陪伴式教学在MBBS留学生产科实习中的应用效果,为了找到更适合MBBS留学生更佳的临床实习教学方法。方法对2017年9月-2018年9月昆明医科大学第一附属医院产科实习的MBBS留学生38人的实习综合成绩(平时成绩、出科技能考试)、学生反馈表和带教教师对MBBS学生的实习满意度进行对比分析。结果38名留学生出勤率都为全勤。实验组留学生的出科技能考试成绩和学生反馈均优于对照组(P<0.05),且带教教师对实验组学生的临床表现较对照组更满意(P<0.05);但两组学生的出勤率和平时成绩的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论陪伴式教学法更关注MBBS留学生学习的特点,对其有针对性的进行临床培训,故陪伴式教学法对MBBS学生的临床实习具有比较好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of accompanying teaching in MBBS internship,in order to find a better clinical practice teaching method for MBBS students.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,38 MBBS interns in obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were compared and analyzed in terms of their comprehensive internship scores(peacetime scores,scientific and technological ability tests),student feedback formsand teaching teachers’satisfaction with MBBS students’internship.Results The attendance rate of 38 overseas students was all full-time.The test scores and students’feedback of foreign students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the teachers were more satisfied with the clinical performance of the students in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the attendance rate and the normal performance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Accompanied teaching method pays more attention to the characteristics of MBBS students’learning and carries out targeted clinical training.Accompanied teaching method has a better effect on MBBS students’clinical practice.
