个性化心理护理在痔疮围术期中的应用效果

目的观察痔疮围手术期患者予以个性化心理护理的临床应用效果及可行性。方法选择2016年1月—2018年1月期间医院收治的痔疮围手术期患者108例作为研究对象,54例实施个性化心理护理者为观察组,54例实施常规化护理者为对照组,比较两组心理状态(焦虑情绪SAS、抑郁情绪SDS)、疼痛评分(VAS)改善情况,以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理干预后SAS、SDS及VAS评分较比对照组明显更优,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度96.30%较比对照组83.33%明显更高,P<0.05。结论个性化心理护理对改善痔疮围手术期患者心理情绪,减轻患者痛苦,加速患者康复具有显著效果。

Observation on the Effect of Personalized Psychological Nursing in Perioperative Patients With Hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the clinical application effect and feasibility of individualized psychological nursing for perioperative patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 108 perioperative patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects.54 patients with personalized psychological care were included in the observation group,and 54 patients with conventional care were included in the control group.Compare the psychological status of the two groups(anxiety SAS,depression SDS),pain score(VAS)improvement,and nursing satisfaction.Results The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing has a significant effect on improving the psychological mood of patients with hemorrhoids perioperative period,reducing the pain of patients and accelerating the rehabilitation of patients.
