Observation on the Effect of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 78 elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.38 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was95.00%,significantly higher than 73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL in both groups decreased significantly,and the levels of TC,TG and LDL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of HDL in both groups increased significantly,and the HDL level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has exact effect,and can effectively improve patients’blood lipid level.
