循证护理在肛瘘手术患者术后的应用价值评价

目的探究循证护理在肛瘘手术患者术后的应用价值及可行性。方法选择本院于2016年5月—2018年5月期间收治的100例肛瘘手术患者,100例患者依据随机数值表方法平均划分为观察组和对照组,每组患者50例。对照组患者护理模式为基础护理,观察组患者护理模式为循证护理,对比两种护理模式的应用价值及可行性。结果(1)观察组和对照组患者护理前VAS分数通过对比,差异并无统计学意义,两组患者护理后VAS评分通过对比,观察组评分明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组护理满意度为96%,对照组护理满意度为76%,组间数据经过统计对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘手术患者术后采用循证护理可降低患者并发症发生率,改善患者的疼痛情况,同时将患者护理满意度提升,改善疾病预后及患者转归。

Evaluation of Application Value of Evidence-Based Nursing in Postoperative Patients With Anal Fistula

Objective To explore the application value and feasibility of evidence-based nursing in patients with anal fistula.Methods One hundred patients with anal fistula surgery were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018.100 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,and 50 patients in each group.The nursing mode of the control group was the basic nursing.The nursing mode of the observation group was evidence-based nursing,and the application value and feasibility of the two nursing modes were compared.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the pretreatment VAS scores between the observation group and the control group.The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).(2)The satisfaction of the group was 96%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 76%.The data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient's pain,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,improve the prognosis and prognosis of patients.
