椎弓根螺钉与连接棒内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折

摘    要:目的分析胸腰段脊柱骨折联合应用椎弓根螺钉与连接棒内固定治疗的效果及安全性。方法于本院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者中选择100例,分为两组,对照组给予经伤椎固定治疗,研究组采用椎弓根螺钉与连接棒内固定法联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后Cobb角为(3.1±0.7)°,椎体前缘和后缘高度分别为(89.7±5.2)%和(90.5±4.4)%,VAS评分为(1.5±0.6)分,与对照组各指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.0%,对照组发生率为18.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论椎弓根螺钉与连接棒内固定法联合应用于胸腰段脊柱骨折治疗,能够有效改善患者的椎体高度和Cobb角,减少患者并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of pedicle screw and connecting rod internal fixation for thoracolumbar spine fracture. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 100 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traumatic vertebral fixation, while the study group was treated with pedicle screw and connecting rod internal fixation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the Cobb angle was(3.1±0.7) degree, the anterior and posterior height of vertebral body were(89.7±5.2)% and(90.5±4.4)% respectively, and the VAS score was(1.5±0.6) points. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 4.0% in the study group and 18.0% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of pedicle screw and connecting rod internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture can effectively improve the vertebral height and Cobb angle of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
