手术室整体护理用于血吸虫病上消化道出血PTSVE治疗

目的探讨手术室整体护理在经皮穿脾食管胃底静脉栓塞术(PTSVE)治疗血吸虫病上消化道出血中的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年12月-2018年3月期间在医院行PTSVE治疗的血吸虫病上消化道出血患者130例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=65)。对照组患者采用常规手术室护理,观察组患者采用手术室整体护理。分析比较两组患者手术前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、应激指标血清皮质醇(Cor)、肾上腺素(E)、去肾上腺素(NE)];记录两组患者住院期间的并发症发生情况。结果手术后,两组患者SAS评分和SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组手术后SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组患者Cor、E、NE水平均明显升高(P<0.05);观察组手术后Cor、E、NE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术室整体护理可有效改善PTSVE治疗血吸虫病上消化道出血患者的负面情绪,缓解患者应激反应,降低各种并发症的发生。

Operating Room Holistic Nursing for Schistosomiasis Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding PTSVE Treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical value of operating room holistic nursing in the treatment of schistosomiasis upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with PTSVE.Methods A total of 130 patients with schistosomiasis upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated with PTSVE during the period from December 2014 to March 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=65)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine operating room,and patients in the observation group were treated with overall operation in the operating room.The SAS score,SDS score,and stress indexCor,E,NE]were compared before and after surgery.the complications of the two groups of patients during hospitalization were recorded.Results After surgery,the SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of Cor,E and NE were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of Cor,E and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing care of the operating room can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated by PTSVE,relieve the stress response of patients and reduce the occurrence of various complications.
